    Davey Madison

    CO-OWNER

Davey Madison is a co-owner and consultant with Trillium Cooperative. She brings expertise in cooperative development, facilitation, grant strategy, and event planning, with a background in economic and community development across Montana. Over the past decade, she has led statewide initiatives, written and managed successful grants, and supported dozens of communities in turning big ideas into lasting projects. Growing up on a ranch in rural northeast Montana shaped her approach to work, grounding it in resilience, collaboration, and a deep respect for community. An associate member of the Fort Peck Sioux and Assiniboine Tribe and a descendant of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa, Davey carries forward her heritage and upbringing into every project. When she’s not working with communities, you can usually find her at a team roping arena or curled up with a good book.
